Bakalaura darbā „Iekšējā komunikācija kā darbinieku motivācijas instruments SIA „Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca” stacionārā „Gaiļezers” tiek apskatīts un analizēts iekšējās komunikācijas process stacionārā, kā arī komunikācijas procesa ietekme uz darbinieku motivāciju strādāt SIA „Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca” stacionārā „Gaiļezers”. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajās divās nodaļās tiek apkopota teorētiskā literatūra par iekšējo komunikāciju uzņēmumā un motivācijas teorijām. Metodoloģijas daļā tiek apskatītas pētījumā pielietotās metodes – daļēji strukturētā intervija un anketēšana. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikta pētījumā iegūto datu analīze. Pētījuma noslēgumā tiek noskaidrota iekšējās komunikācijas ietekme uz darbinieku motivāciju strādāt stacionārā „Gaiļezers”, kā arī izteikti priekšlikumi iekšējās komunikācijas procesa pilnveidošanai. Bachelor paper “Internal communication as an instrument of motivation at Ltd. ”Riga East University hospital” clinical centre “Gaiļezers”” views and analyses the process of internal communication in the clinical centre, as well as an effect of communication process on the motivation of an employee to work at clinical centre “Gaiļezers” of Riga East University Hospital Ltd. The bachelor thesis consists of four chapters. First two chapters are devoted to theoretical literature on internal communication in a company and theories of motivation. In the methodological part structured interviews and surveys – used methods – are viewed. In the empirical part the obtained data is analysed. Conclusion of research clarifies the effect of communication process on the motivation of an employee to work at clinical centre “Gaiļezers”, as well as proposed suggestions to improve the process of internal communication.
