Bakalaura darba „Sporta kluba „Reaktors” komunikācija sociālajos tīklos un tās novērtējums dažādās mērķa grupās” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā sporta klubs “Reaktors” izmanto sociālo tīklu Facebook.com kā veselīga dzīvesveida atbalstītājs un kā šīs aktivitātes vērtē sporta klubu apmeklētāji un Facebook.com lietotāji. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti galvenie teorijas jēdzieni – mārketings, integrētā mārketinga komunikācija, mārketings digitālajā vidē, kā arī sporta mārketings, tēla teorija un uzņēmuma tēla veidošana sociālajos tīklos. Metodoloģijas daļā aprakstītas pētniecības metodes – O.Kazakas izveidotais pievienotās vērtības modelis, kontentanalīze, daļēji strukturētā intervija, semantiskā diferenciāļa un Likerta skalas izmantojums. Trešajā daļā tiek apskatītas un analizētas sporta kluba “Reaktors” mārketinga aktivitātes, savukārt, ceturtajā daļā ir Facebook.com ierakstu un vizuālo materiālu kontentanalīze, kā arī idividuālo interviju rezultātu apkopojums. Darba beigās tiek izvirzīti secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikuma labākai sporta kluba darbībai. The aim of the bachelor paper “Communication activities of sports club „Reactor” in social networks and its evaluation by different target groups.” is to evaluate communication efficiency and effectiveness of the club using social media channel Facebook.com, in particular promoting healthy lifestyle and to find out how club members Facebook.com users evaluate club`s efforts in this field. Paper consists of theoretical part where author presents overview of the main theoretical aspects, marketing, integrated marketing communication, marketing in the digital environment, sports marketing, the theory of image and creation of company's image in social networks. Methodological part focuses on research methods - value-added model created by O.Kazaka, content analysis, semi-structured interview, use of semantic differential and Likert scale. The third part of the paper inspects marketing activities of the fitness club “Reaktors”. Analyses of the Facebook.com page content and the results of individual interviews with the club members are included in the fourth part. In the last part author draws conclusions and proposes recommendations in order to achieve more effective and efficient marketing activities of the club.
