Abstract

Bakalaura tēma ir "SIA "Latozols" darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšanas virzieni." Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt SIA "Latozols" iekšējo un ārējo vidi, izpētīt uzņēmuma stiprās puses, iespējas, vājās puses un draudus. Kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma attīstības iespējai un tā darbības efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba autors pēta uzņēmuma ārējās un iekšējās vides kopsakarības un teorētiskos aspektus. Teorētiskajās daļās autors pēta efektivitātes būtību, to pētīšanas metodes un efektivitātes rādītājus, kā arī pēta iekšējās un ārējās vides ietekmējošos faktorus. Praktiskajās daļās autors analizē uzņēmuma SIA "Latozols" iekšējās un ārējās vides ietekmi, pēc tās izveido SVID analīzi, un beigās dod priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām daļām, pirmās divas ir teorētiskās daļas, bet otrās divas ir bakalaura darba praktiskās daļas. Bakalaura darbā tiek izmantota centrālās statistikas pārvaldes, grāmatu, interneta un zinātnisko rakstu avoti. Bakalaura apjoms ir 93 lapas , 4 tabulas un 17 attēli.

Bachelor's topic is "The ways of improvement of operation efficiency in LTD "Latozols"". The aim is to analyze LTD "Latozols" internal and external environment, to explore the company's strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. As well as to develop proposals for the company's development and the possibility of its operational efficiency improvement. Author of bachelor examines the company's external and internal environment correlations and theoretical aspects. In the theoretical parts author examines the core of effectiveness , it's research methods and efficiencies indicators, as well as exploring the internal and external environment influencing factors. The author analyzes the practical parts of the company "Latozols' internal and external impact on the environment. After they set up a SWOT analysis, and at the end give the company's proposals for more efficient operation. Thesis consists of four parts, the first two are theoretical parts, but the second two are bachelor work practical parts. In the bachelor's work is used the Central Statistical Bureau, books, the Internet and scientific sources. Bachelor thesis amount of pages 93 , 4 tables and 17 images.
