Vadīšanas funkciju izpildes analīze Viļakas novada pašvaldībā.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vadīšanas funkciju izpildes analīze Viļakas novada pašvaldībā”. Darbā ir apskatītas vadīšanas funkcijas – organizēšana, plānošana, motivēšana, koordinēšana un kontrole, fokusējoties uz pirmajām trim minētajām. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt vadīšanas funkciju izpildi Viļakas novada domes administrācijā, pievēršot pastiprinātu uzmanību organizēšanai, motivēšanai un plānošanai. Lai šo mērķi izpildītu, pirmajā daļā autore izpētīja dažādus teorijas avotus, otrajā daļā pētīja organizāciju un tās darbību, trešajā daļā anketēja darbiniekus un intervēja nodaļas vadītāju. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas un praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 66 lapas, ir pievienoti 2 pielikumi. Darbā ir 21 attēls un 2 tabulas.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is “The analysis of performance of management functions in self-government of Viļaka municipality”. Management functions - organizing, planning, leading, directing and controlling are being prospected in the research. The author focus on first three functions. Tha aim of the research is to analize the performance of management functions in administration of council of Viļaka municipality, especially, to analize organizing, leading and planning. To achieve the aim, the author deals with management functions from theoretical point of view in the first chapter, observed the oranization and it’s performance in the second chapter and did the research in the trird chapter. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical part and practical part, conclusions and proposals, list of used literature and attachment. The extent of the bachelor thesis is 66 pages, including 21 images and 2 tables, there are 2 attachments in the bachelor thesis.
