Darba samaksa kā darbinieku motivācijas elements

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba samaksa kā darbinieku motivācijas elements”. Tika pētīta darba algas un nodokļu ietekme uz darbinieku motivāciju, tika secināts, ka ar sabalansētu darba algas sistēmu un individuālu pieeju ir iespējams palielināt darbinieku efektivitāti. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kā darba samaksa un tās nodokļi ietekmē darba ņēmēju produktīvu rīcību jeb motivāciju. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tikai izpētītas: atšķirības starp darba samaksu un darba algu; darba samaksas veidi; jaunumi nodokļu sistēmā; tika analizēta informācija, kas saistās ar motivāciju; kā arī analizēti materiāli, kas saistīti ar nodokļu un darba algas ietekmi uz motivāciju; izstrādāti priekšlikumi darbinieku efektivitātes celšanai. Darbs sastāv no 64 lapām, darbā iekļautas 3 tabulas un 15 attēli.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Wage as an element in employee motivation”. The influence of wage and its taxes on employee motivation was researched, it was concluded that with a balanced payment system and individual approach it is possible to enhance employee efficiency. The goal of the thesis is to research how wage and its taxes influences employee effectiveness or in other words motivation. To achieve this goal - the differences between wage and wage before taxes were researched; types of wages, novelties in the tax system, information about motivation was researched; materials which are related to the influence of wage and its taxes on employee motivation were analyzed; suggestions were formulated to enhance employee efficiency. The thesis consists of 64 pages, 3 tables and 15 images are included in the thesis.
