Bakalaura darba tēma ir “CAPS! mārketinga komunikāciju nozīme zīmola virzīšanā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt un analizēt SIA “Taste CAPS!”mārketinga komunikāciju sistēmu un kāda ir tās nozīme CAPS! zīmola virzīšanā, kā arī atklāt sistēmas trūkumus un piedāvāt priekšlikumus CAPS! mārketinga komunikāciju sistēmas pilnveidei un zīmola attīstībai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļa ir apkopota informācija, kas iegūta, analizējot Latvijas un ārvalstu mārketinga speciālistu atziņas par mārketingu, zīmolu un mārketinga komunikāciju veidiem un līdzekļiem. Otrajā nodaļa tika novērtēts CAPS! zīmols un veikts CAPS! mārketinga komunikāciju izvērtējums. Trešajā nodaļa tika veikts pētījums, lai novērtētu, kā CAPS! mārketinga komunikācijas ietekmē, korelē ar zīmola attīstību. Pētījuma dati tika iegūti veicot aptauju un eksperta interviju. Darba sastāv no 86 lapaspusēm, 7 tabulām un 21 attēla, kā arī darbam ir pievienoti 9 pielikumi. Bakalaura darba izstrādei tika izmantoti 66 informācijas avoti. The topic of bachelor thesis is “The importance of CAPS! marketing communications for brand development”. The superior aim of the thesis is to evaluate and analyse CAPS! marketing communication system and relevance for brand promotion and evolvement, although author has to determine flaws and propose feasible solutions for system development. Bachelor thesis consists of 3 chapters. First chapter describes Latvian and foreign author thoughts on marketing, brand and marketing communications. Second chapter involves evaluation of CAPS! brand and exploited types of marketing communications. In third chapter author carries out a study, research about CAPS! marketing communications and its impact on CAPS! brand further development as well as how these communication foster or interfere CAPS! brand. Research data was obtained by conducting internet survey and expert interview. Bachelor thesis has 86 pages, 7 tables and 21 pictures, as well as 9 annexes.
