Abstract

Darba tēma ir Alūksnes novada pašvaldība. Pašvaldību finanses ir svarīgs instruments dažādu sociālo, ekonomisko jautājumu risināšanā vietējā līmenī. Pašvaldība ir tā, kas ietekmē iedzīvotāju labklājību gan konkrētā teritorijā, gan arī valstī kopumā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Alūksnes novada pašvaldības budžetu, Alūksnes novada pašvaldības aktivitātes un ietekmi uz iedzīvotāju labklājības uzlabošanu. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīts Alūksnes novada raksturojums, otrajā – novada saimnieciskās darbība un finašu izlīdzināšanas fonds, trešajā tiek analizētas novada attīstības iespējas. Bakalaura darbā secināts, ka pašvaldība vairāk vērsta uz infrastruktūras un tūrisma attīstību nevis iedzīvotāju vēlmēm. Darbs sastāv no 69 lappusēm, 32 attēliem, 3 tabulām, 15 literatūras avotiem.

Bachelor thesis is about Alūksne Municipality. Local government’s finances have a big role in different social, economical questions that are important in specific territory. Local government affects people’s welfare not only in specific territory, but also the country as a whole. The aim is to explore Alūksne’s municipal budget, Alūksne Municipality activities and an effect to people’s welfare. There are three chapters. Alūksne region’s character is studied in the first chapter, region’s economic activity is studied in the second chapter, but in the third chapter is analyzed region’s devolopment opportunities. In conclusion is concluded that self-government is more oriented to improve infrastructure and to develop tourism than listen to the will of the people.In the bachelor thesis are 69 pages, 32 pictures, 3 tables and 15 literature sources.
