Vecuma pensijas lielums Latvijā esošās pensiju sistēmas kontekstā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vecuma pensijas lielums Latvijā esošās pensiju sistēmas kontekstā”. Latvijā esošās pensiju sistēmas principi ir: jo lielākas sociālās iemaksas tiek veiktas šodien, jo lielāka būs pensija rīt un jo vēlāk iesi pensijā, jo vairāk saņemsi. Pensiju sistēma ir pielāgota demogrāfiskām izmaiņām, kas savukārt maina arī valsts vecuma pensiju lielumus. Lai saņemtu nākotnē vēlamo pensiju, ir jāsaprot kā strādā sistēma un kā pati persona var ietekmēt pensijas lielumu. Bakalaura darba mērķis: pamatojoties uz esošiem normatīvajiem aktiem un pensiju sistēmas likumsakarībām, novērtēt vecuma pensijas lielumu pie dažādiem nosacījumiem un izstrādāt priekšlikumus vecuma pensijas lieluma vadīšanai. Darbam ir trīs daļas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti pensiju sistēmas teorētiskie aspekti, vēsture un ietekmējošie faktori. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēti vecuma pensijas lieluma ietekmējošie faktori un valsts demogrāfiskā situācija. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izvērtēta atsevišķu faktoru kvantitatīva ietekmē uz vecuma pensijas lielumu esošās pensiju sistēmas kontekstā un doti praktiski padomi kā var ietekmēt savas pensijas lielumu. Bakalaura darbā ir izmantotas ekonomiskās un statistiskās analīzes metodes, ka arī matemātiski aprēķini. Bakalaura darbs izpildīts uz 72 lapām, darbs satur 8 formulas, 14 attēlus un 8 tabulas.

The title of Bachelor's thesis is "Amount of retirement pension within context of existing pension system in Latvia". Basic principles of retirement pension system in Latvia are: the greater the amount of social contribution made today, the greater the pension will be tomorrow and the later one retires, the more one will receive. Pension system is adapted to demographic change which, in turn, changes the size of retirement pension. In order to receive the desired retirement pension in the future, it is necessary to understand how the system works and how an individual can affect its amount. The goal of Bachelor's thesis: to evaluate the size of retirement pension based on existing regulations and regularities in pension system while providing different conditions and to develop proposals for managing the size of retirement pension. Thesis consists of three parts. First - describes the theoretic, historic and influencing aspects of pension system. The second - analyses factors contributing to size of the retirement pension as well as demographic situation in the country. And the third part evaluates quantitative effects of some of factors on size of the retirement pension within context of existing pension system and gives practical advice on how to control the amount of one’s pension. Bachelor's thesis employs methods of economic and statistical analysis as well as mathematic calculations. Bachelor's thesis consists of 72 pages, 8 formulas, 14 images and 8 tables.
