Uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu un naudas plūsmu analīze

Abstract

. Maģistra darbā tiek veikta konkrēta uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu un naudas plūsmu analīze. Analizējamais periods aptver laika periodu līdz Latvijā sākās finanšu krīze. Veicot finanšu pārskatu analīzi, kas ir viens no svarīgākajiem finanšu vadības uzdevumiem nosakot dažādu iekšēju un ārēju faktoru ietekmi uz uzņēmuma finansiālo situāciju, tiek pētītas būtiskāko posteņu izmaiņu dinamika un sastāvs, svarīgāko raditāju aprēķins un analīze, izdarīti secinājumi. Darba ietvaros autors ir apkopojis finanšu un naudas plūsmu vadības uzdevumus un mērķus, piedāvājis savus risinājumus uzņēmuma naudas plūsmu klasifikācijai. Lai paaugstinātu naudas plūsmu funkcionēšanas efektivitāti , tiek veikta uzņēmuma galveno finanšu atbildības centru saimnieciskās darbības naudas plūsmu posteņu dinamikas un struktūras analīze, lai nākotnē novērstu uzņēmuma likviditātes problēmas. Tiek apskatīta naudas plūsmu vadības politikas ieviešanas nepieciešamība uzņēmumā, un saistībā ar to, izstrādāti priekšlikumi par naudas plūsmu plānošanas un kontroles uzlabošanu uzņēmumā, kā arī pozitīvie ieguvumi no tā. Darba noslēgumā autors izmantojot MS Excel rīkus, ir izstrādājis galveno finanšu un naudas plūsmu rādītāju analīzes un kontroles paneli. Sakarā ar to, ka nav vienotas pieejas un reglamentācijas avotu par naudas plūsmu vadīšanu uzņēmumā, un šie jautājumi apskatīti virspusēji, maģistra darbā tiek izmantota autora personīgā pieredze uzņēmuma naudas plūsmas vadīšanā, kā arī dažādi literatūras avoti par naudas plūsmas vadību.

The Master’s Thesis provides an analysis of financial statements and cash flow of the particular company. The period of analysis covers the period of time before financial recession in Latvia. Upon analysing financial statements, which is one of the most important tasks of the financial management to determine the effect of various internal and external factors to the financial situation of the company, dynamics and composition of changes of the most essential items, and calculations and analysis of the most important indicators are studied and the conclusions are made. Within the framework of the Thesis, the author has summarized the tasks and goals of the financial and cash flow management, proposed the solutions for classification of company’s cash flow. In order to increase the efficiency of cash flow, the analysis of dynamics and structure of the cash flow items of the economic activities of the main financial centres of the company is carried out to prevent liquidity problems of the company in future. The necessity to introduce a cash flow management policy in the company is discussed, and proposals are developed to improve company’s cash flow planning and control, besides, their positive benefits are given. The final part of the Thesis provides the panel developed by the author using MS Excel tools for the analysis and control of the main financial and cash flow indicators. As there is no single approach and regulatory sources regarding cash flow management in the company, and these issues are addressed superficially, the author has used his own personal experience in cash flow management of the company, as well as various literature sources regarding cash flow management.
