Brīvo ekonomisko zonu nozīme Latgales reģiona investīciju vidē

Abstract

Par vienu no svarīgākajiem ekonomiskās attīstības nosacījumiem tiek uzskatīta investīciju piesaiste. Investīciju piesaistei ir svarīgs vairāku faktoru kopums, kas veido investīciju klimatu reģionā. Latgales reģionālajā politikā tieši brīvo ekonomisko zonu izveide ar tur pastāvošajiem nodokļu atvieglojumiem tiek uzskatīta par viena no galvenajiem investīciju vidi uzlabojošiem rīkiem. Darbā apkopoti BEZ un investīciju vides teorētiskie faktori, noteikti galvenie Latgales reģiona investīciju vidi veidojošie faktori, kā arī balstoties uz Rēzeknes SEZ darbības principiem, kā arī zonas komersantu un pilsētas iedzīvotāju viedokli novērtēta BEZ ietekme uz investīciju vidi Latgales reģionā. As one of the most important conditions for economic development is considered to be investment attraction. Investment attraction process depends onc several factors, which represents the investment climate in region. Establishing a free economic zones with special tax incentives are considered to be one of the main investment environment improvement tools. The paper summarize the mean theoretical factors of free economic zones and investment environment. On research and Rezekne economic zone case study bases were settled the key factors of investment envirment ir Latgale region.
