Teledarba pasaules pieredze un aktuālās tendences

Abstract

Dotais darbs apskata teledarbu kā praksi, kura ir ciešā veidā saistīta ar informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju lietojumu, un tiek izmantota vairākās valstīs jau kopš pagājuša gadsimta otrās puses. Ņemot vērā tādas pēdējā laika tendences, kā globalizācija, internacionalizācija, un informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju straujo attīstību, var teikt, ka teledarbs nav tāds pats kā agrāk. Tādēļ šajā darbā, tiek pētīta teledarba pieredze vairākās valstīs un attieksme pret šo darba attiecību formu. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz pieejamiem informācijas avotiem, izpētīt un raksturot teledarbu kā vairākās valstīs pielietojamo praksi, izpētīt būtiskākās priekšrocības un trūkumus teledarba iespējas vērtēšanā un ieviešanai organizācijās. Darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā un aptver 100 lapaspuses teksta, 19 attēlus, 16 tabula, 39 literatūras avotus, 4 pielikumus.

The thesis examines the telework as a practice, which is closely linked to the information and communication technology, and is used in a number of countries from the second half of the last century. Taking into account the recent trends, such as globalization, internationalization, and information and communication technology rapid development, it can be said that telework is not the same as in the past, in this work, the author examines the telework experience in several countries, and attitude towards this form of employment relationship. The aim of the thesis is on the basis on the available sources of information, explore and characterize telework as a number of countries applied practice, to examine the substantial advantages and disadvantages of telework opportunities for the evaluation and implementation. The thesis is written in Latvian language and consists of 100 pages of text, 19 pictures, 16 table, 39 literature sources, and 4 appendices.
