Pirmsskolas skolotāju informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju kompetence

Abstract

Pētījuma, kas tika veikts diplomdarba izstrādes ietvaros, mērķis ir izpētīt pirmsskolas skolotāju informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju (IKT) kompetenci un to nozīmi pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Diplomdarba tēmas aktualitāti nosaka arvien pieaugušās prasības pret informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošanu visos izglītības līmeņos. Pirmsskolas izglītībā šis jautājums ir īpaši aktuāls, jo sabiedrībā nav viennozīmīgas attieksmes pret tehnoloģiju izmantošanu pirmsskolā. Tāpēc ir svarīgi analizēt, kādai jābūt IKT kompetencei pirmsskolas skolotājiem, kuri īsteno pirmsskolas izglītību. Diplomdarba pirmajā nodaļā ir analizēta literatūra un dažādi informācijas avoti, kuri apskata informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju un mediju ietekmi uz izglītības īstenošanas procesu mūsdienās. Plašāk tiek apskatīta IKT nozīme pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā darbībā, definējot trīs virzienus, kuros ir nepieciešama IKT kompetence: bērnu mācību un audzināšanas procesa organizācija, pirmsskolas skolotāja sadarbība ar vecākiem, metodiskais darbs un skolotāja profesionālā pilnveide. Pirmās nodaļas beigās tiek definēts IKT kompetences jēdziens un tiek izvirzīti pirmsskolas skolotāja IKT kompetences kritēriji. Otrajā daļā aprakstīta empīriskās izpēte, kas ietver pirmsskolas skolotāju aptaujas rezultātu analīzi un pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu (PII) vadītāju vietnieču izglītības jomā interviju kopsavilkumus. Otrās daļas beigās tika sagatavoti ieteikumi pirmsskolas skolotājiem un PII vadītājiem un vadītāju vietniekiem izglītības jomā. Nobeigumā tika izdarīti secinājumi, pamatojoties uz pirmajās divās nodaļās veiktās izpētes rezultātiem.

The aim of the diploma work is to investigate the thesis of pre-school teacher competence in information and communication technologies and the role of the competence in pedagogical process of pre-school. The diploma work topic is relevant because of ever-increasing requirements on the use of information and communication technologies in all levels of education. This issue is particularly topical in pre-school education, because society has not a definitive treatment of technology use in pre-school. It is therefore important to define what should be the ICT competence pre-school teachers who implements pre-school education. The first chapter contains an analysis of the literature and the different sources of information, which looks at the use of information and communication technologies and media impact on modern education in the implementation process. The ICT is viewed in pre-school educational activities, defining three themes which need ICT competence: children education process organization, cooperation with the parents, methodological work and teachers’ professional development. At the end of the first chapter is defined ICT competence and pre-school teacher ICT competence criteria. The second chapter describes the empirical research, which includes an analysis of pre-school teachers’ survey and preschool educational methodologist interview summaries. Recommendations for pre-school teachers and preschool educational methodologist were made at the end of the second chapter. At the end of the diploma work there are the conclusions about the results of research carried out in the first two chapters.
