Abstract

Maģistra darba izstrades tēma ir uzņēmuma biznesa plāna sastadīšana ar mērķi atvērt jaunu uzņēmumu. Biznesa plāna mērķis ir panākt visizdevigāko variantu starp to, ko jūs gribat darīt, un to, ko varat izdarīt. Plāns apraksta nepieciešamos pasākumus, kas veicami tūlīt, un tos, kas plānojami turpmākajā laika posmā. Uzņēmējdarbības vide strauji mainās, tāpēc arī biznesa plāns nevar būt nemainīgs, kā akmenī iekalts. Looked for drugs that are available in pharmacies, and paying particular attention to the instructions, we can see that the majority of medicines are a lot of different side reactions. Adverse drug reactions not only affect human well-being, the person administering the products, but also can affect and harm to human health for a long time after acceptance of medication. This can lead to initiation of diseases in the future. Like most of the drug is targeted to reduce the symptoms, not the disease. By contrast, alternative medicine, such as homeopathy, naturopathy, Chinese traditional medicine and Ayurveda, specializes in the treatment of illness, not reduce the symptoms. Author of master’s work chooses the direction of making business plan about opening new homeopathic pharmacy in Riga, Latvia. The author chooses these sectors because currently most of the drugs that are available in the market do not prevent health problems, but only cure symptoms. Consequently, the aim of the new company establishment in Latvia is the aim of opening a pharmacy in Riga, which specialized on non-traditional methods of treatment with the possibility to order individually prepared medicine. The company will provide residents and guests of high quality pharmaceutical care, and the opportunity to purchase the medicine, which are used in both traditional medicine and alternative. During the work development author wants to understand the pharmaceutical industry trends and the ability to start a business in this area, as well as to explore the development trend of a cluttered market conditions. The author forecasts the possible costs associated with starting up a new business in Latvia from the rent for the premises and ending with the trade and outsourcing of the acquisition. The main problem in this sector, according to the author, there are people neglectful attitude towards their health improperly using medication as a miracle.
