Abstract

Maģistra darbs Projekts: „Kokapstrādes uzņēmums SIA „ASP KZ”” izstrādāts biznesa plāna formā, plānojot uzņēmuma dibināšanas kārtību, darbības principus, produktus, mārketinga aktivitātes, finanšu plānu un risku vadību. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot ilgtspējīgu biznesa projektu – kokapstrādes uzņēmumu, kas specializēsies apses koka apstrādē, koksnes un koka izstrādājumu ražošana. Uzņēmuma pamatdarbība ir pirts un saunu apdares materiālu ražošana no apses (pirts un saunu sienu paneļi, lāvas dēļi un profilētas līstes). Apses koka dēļi ir nišas produkts, jo, neskatoties uz lielo kokapstrādes uzņēmumu skaitu Latvijā, apses dēļu ražošanā veiksmīgi specializējas tikai daži uzņēmumi. Konkurence salīdzinājumā ar skujkoku zāģmateriālu nozari ir daudz zemāka. Skujkoku apstrādes nozarē darbojas vairāki lieli uzņēmumi, tādēļ iekļūšana šajā tirgū ar salīdzinoši nelieliem resursiem ir ļoti apgrūtināta vai pat neiespējama. Neliela izmēra zāģētavas nespēj konkurēt ar lielajiem uzņēmumiem, jo nespēj nodrošināt piegādātājiem pietiekoši konkurētspējīgu cenu par nelielu izejmateriālu apjomu, kā arī nespēj nodrošināt zemāku apjoma cenu saviem klientiem, ņemot vērā zemās ražošanas jaudas. Minēto iemeslu dēļ uzņēmums plāno specializēties apses koka dēļu ražošanā, kurus šobrīd Latvijā ražo salīdzinoši nelielā skaitā, taču pieprasījums pēc tā gan vietējā, gan starptautiskajā tirgū pieaug. Apstrādāti apses dēļi ir materiāls ar augstāku pievienoto vērtību, nekā cita veida zāģmateriāli un arvien pieaug kokmateriālu kā dabīgo materiālu popularitāte, funkcionalitāte un izmantošana būvniecībā, sevišķi attīstītajās Eiropas valstīs. Projekta aktualitāti pamato apstāklis, ka kokapstrādes nozare Latvijā turpina strauji attīstīties, ņemot vērā, ka koks ir atjaunojamais resurss un koksnes izmantošanas veidi arvien paplašinās. Koks ir dabisks materiāls un daudzpusīgi izmantojams, tādēļ tas ir pieprasīts.

Master Thesis „Project: „Woodworking company” ASP KZ “” is written in the form of a business plan, planning the company's procedures for establishing, operating principles, products, marketing activities, financial plan and risk management. The aim of Master Thesis is to create a sustainable business project - a wood processing company, that will specialize in aspen wood processing. The company's core business is producing bath and sauna decoration materials, manufacture of aspen (bath and sauna wall panels, bunk boards and molded skirting). Aspen wood products are niche products, because, despite the large number of Latvian wood processing companies, only a few companies successfully specialize in aspen wood processing. Competition compared to the softwood processing industry is much lower. A number of large companies are currently operating in softwood processing, so entering this market with comparatively limited resources is very difficult or even impossible. Small sawmills cannot compete with large companies as suppliers are unable to provide sufficient competitive pricing for small quantities of raw materials, as well as not able to provide a lower volume price to its customers, given the low production capacity. For these reasons, the company plans to specialize in aspen wood processing. Currently there are few companies that specialize in aspen processing in Latvia, but the demand for it both in domestic and international market is increasing. Treated aspen boards is a material with a higher added value than other types of sawn timber and popularity of natural materials in increasing. Functionality of these materials and use in the construction is also slightly increasing, especially in the developed countries of Europe. The Latvian wood processing industry continues to develop rapidly, given that wood is a renewable resource and usage of wood in various industries is increasingly expanding. Wood is a natural material and very versatile. That is one of the reasons why it’s so demanded.
