Latvijas hipotekāro kredītu tirgus analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Latvijas hipotekāro kredītu tirgus analīze”. Tēma ir izstrādāta, lai parādītu mūsdienīgu situāciju hipotekāro kredītu tirgū un tās attīstības tendences. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz Latvijas hipotekāro kredītu tirgus teorētisko un praktisko analīzi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus hipotekārās kreditēšanas tirgus attīstības veicināšanai. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti sekojošie uzdevumi: 1.Izpētīt hipotekārās kreditēšanas teorētiskos aspektus; 2.Izanalizēt hipotekārās kreditēšanas tirgus tendences; 3.Izvērtēt attīstības perspektīvas hipotekārās kreditēšanas tirgus ietvaros; 4.Izpētīt dažādu faktoru ietekmi uz hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstību, tādus kā IKP, „ēnu ekonomika”, iedzīvotāju ienākumi. 5.Veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Darbs ir uzrakstīts 61 lapās, kuras ir sadalītas trīs nodaļās un apakšnodaļām. Darbā ietilpst 8 tabulas un 25 attēli. Izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts sastāv no 43 avotiem. Darba beigās ir veikti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi.

The subject of the bachelors is „Mortgage loan market analysis in Latvia”. The subject has been developed in order to show the current situation of mortgage loans in the market and their development tendencies. The aim of the work is, by basing off the theoretical and practical analysis of the mortgage loan market, prepare proposals for the development of mortgage loan market. In order to achieve the aim of the bachelors, the following tasks have been set: 1.Examine the theoretical aspects of mortgage loans; 2.Analyse tendencies of the mortgage loan market; 3.Evaluate development perspectives in the frames of mortgage loan markets; 4.Explore the impact on mortgage loan development, caused by various factors such as the GDP, „shadow economics”, inhabitant incomes. 5.Conclude and develop proposals. The work has been written in 61 pages, which have been narrowed to three chapters and subchapters. The bachelors has 8 tables and 25 images. The list of sources used contains 43 sources. The final part of the bachelors contains conclusions and developed proposals.
