Latvijas komercbanku kredītu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Latvijas komercbanku kredītu analīze” ir veltīts komercbanku izsniegto kredītu analīzei un izpētei, kā arī izpratnei par kredītrisku un to pārvaldīšanu. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt Latvijas komercbanku izsniegtos kredītus, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: •izzināt kredītportfeļa būtību un nepieciešamās kredītpolitikas pamatprincipus; •izpētīt kredīta funkcijas un kredīta klasifikāciju; •raksturot kredītu veidus; •izpētīt kredītrisku, to ietekmējošos faktorus un pārvaldīšanu; •izanalizēt izsniegto kredītu struktūru Latvijā: to apjomu, struktūru pēc aizņēmēja veida, pēc termiņa, pēc valūtu un pēc nozaru griezuma, pēc nodrošinājuma un kvalitātes. •izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Darbā izstrādātas 3 nodaļas, kurās izzināta kredītportfeļa un kredītu būtība, kredītrisks un tā pārvaldīšana, kā arī detalizēti izanalizēti komercbanku izsniegtie kredīti, to struktūra, dinamika un kvalitāte.

Bachelor thesis “Analysis of the loans of Latvian commercial banks” is dedicated to analysis and research of commercial banks granted loans as well as to understanding of credirisks and its management. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the structure of the Latvian loans, to draw conclusions and make proposals. Bachelor thesis tasks: •to explore the nature of the loan portfolio and necessary loan policy basic principles; •to explain the loan functions and classifications; •to explore the types of loans; •to explore the credit risk, it influencing factors and management; •to analyze the structure of granted loans in Latvia; •to develop conclusions and recommendations. In this bachelor thesis are developed 3 sections that explore the nature of loan and loan portfolio, credit risk and its management, as well as detailed analysis of the commercial banks’ granted loans, their structure, dynamics and quality.
