The aim of the thesis “Coaching as human resource development tool in international enterprise” is to find out whether coaching could influence employees on individual, team and organization level. Coaching has gained worldwide recognition and positive feedback in different international enterprises in different countries, therefore, taking in account the fact that coaching has not yet been widely studied in Latvia, author carries out a unique research, in order to prove the potential of coaching and encourage Latvian entrepreneurs as well as society in general to use this method for facilitation of personal growth and development, which, in long-term, will influence not only development of the enterprise but also the economic growth in general. The results of research prove that in a short-term the influence of coaching is noticeable on all three levels, furthermore, attitude, motivation and desire to succeed improves significantly. At the end of thesis, the most important conclusions and proposals are put forward to managers of studied enterprises, to LAS CT and ICF Latvia.
