Latvijas investīciju klimata pievilcīgums ārvalstu investoriem
Abstract
Labvēlīgs investīciju klimats ir valsts ĀTI piesaistes priekšnosacījums, lai investori izvēlētos investēt kādā valstī, jo tiem ir jābūt pārliecinātiem, ka izvēlētā valsts ir visatbilstošākā investora investīciju projektam. Maģistra darba mērķis ir identificēt nozīmīgākās Latvijas investīciju klimata problēmas, noskaidrot EBI un KUI pienesumu ĀTI apjomā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus investīciju klimata pilnveidošanai. Darba pamatuzdevumi ir veikt investīciju klimata vērtējumu Baltijas valstīs, veikt Latvijas investīciju klimata SVID analīzi, noteikt galvenos investīciju klimata rādītājus, ko ir nepieciešams uzlabot, izvērtēt EBI un KUI ietekmi uz ĀTI un izdarīt prognozes. Noslēgumā tiek secināts, ka Latvijas investīciju klimats ir attīstības fāzē un galvenie problēmjautājumi ir korupcija, tiesu sistēma, e – pakalpojumi un politiskā nestabilitāte The favorable investment climate in the country is a prerequisite for attracting FDI as investors have to be sure that the selected country is most appropriate for the investor's investment project. Master's thesis aim is to identify the most significant investment climate problems of Latvia, find out the EBA and the CPI contribution of FDI and to develop proposals for the improvement. Job tasks are to make an assessment of the investment climate in the Baltic countries, to make investment climate SWOT analysis, to identify the key indicators, which need to be improved, and to assess the EBA and the CPI impact on the FDI and to commit predictions. Finally, it is concluded that the investment climate of Latvia is in the development phase and the main issues of concern are corruption, the judicial system, e - services and political instability
