Venecuēla starp ES un Ķīnu: brīvās tirdzniecības līgumu izvērtējums.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēmas ietvaros–Venecuēla starp ES un Ķīnu: brīvās tirdzniecības līgumu izvērtējums-tiek pētīts Venecuēlas izdevīgums brīvās tirdzniecības līguma noslēgšanā ar ES („Mercosur” ietvaros), ņemot vērā Ķīnas pieaugošo nozīmi Venecuēlas ekonomikā. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze: Venecuēlas („Mercosur” ietvaros) brīvās tirdzniecības līguma noslēgšana ar Ķīnu atstātu mazāku politisko ietekmi un lielāku ekonomisko ietekmi nekā līgums ar ES. Tiek analizēta ES-Venecuēlas, Ķīnas-Venecuēlas politisko un ekonomisko attiecību vēsture, izvērtēti Venecuēlas politiskie, ekonomiskie ieguvumi brīvās tirdzniecības līguma noslēgšanā ar ES, Ķīnu, kā arī Venecuēlas nākotnes perspektīvas brīvās tirdzniecības līguma noslēgšanā starp “Mercosur”-ES un “Mercosur”-Ķīnu.

In Master thesis–Venezuela between the EU and China: evaluation of free trade agreements (FTA’s)–has been researched advantage of Venezuela in conclusion of FTA with the EU (in framework of „Mercosur”), taking into account increasing importance of China in economy of Venezuela. The posed hypothesis: Venezuela’s (in framework of „Mercosur”) FTA conclusion with China would have less political but greater economic impact than agreement with the EU. In the Master thesis have been analysed the history of political and economic relations of EU-Venezuela and China-Venezuela, evaluated possible political and economic benefits if FTA with the EU or China is concluded, as well as future perspectives of Venezuela regarding to FTA conclusion between „Mercosur”-EU and „Mercosur”-China.
