Eiropas Komisija nāca klajā ar priekšlikumu Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes Regulai par aizsardzības pasākumu civiltiesīb ās savstarpēju atzīšanu. Regula neuzlika par pienākumu Latvijai ieviest šādā veida institūtu, tomēr Latvijai būtu jāīsteno citu Eiropas Savienības valstu pieľemtie aizsardzības pasākumi pret vardarbību. Darbā izpētīts, ko nozīmē pagaidu aizsardzība pret vardarbību, ko tā sevī ietver, kā arī izvērtēti izdarītie grozījumi Civilprocesa likumā, izpētīta pagaidu aizsardzības pret vardarbību piemērošana un īstenošana praksē Apskatīti problēmjautājumi saistībā aktuālo tiesu praksi. Noskaidrojot, kādi likuma uzlabojumi nepieciešami un kā jaunās normas izprot Latvijas tiesas. The European Commission presented a proposal for a European Parliament and Council Regulation on the mutual recognition of civil law protection measures. The The Regulation has not imposed a duty for Latvia to introduce this type of Institute, however, Latvia should be implemented in other European Union countries adopted protection measures against violence. Work examined, what means temporary protection against violence, what it includes, as well as the amendments to the Civil Procedure Law, have been temporary protection against violence and practical implementation. Issues dealt with in the context of the current judicial practice. Clarifying the law, what needs to be improved and how the court understands the new rules.
