Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Paaugstinātas bīstamības avota jēdziens un atbildības piemērošanas kritēriji” ir analizēti paaugstinātas bīstamības avota jēdziens gan Latvijas tiesību sistēmā, gan ārvalstīs. Darbā tāpat ir aplūkoti atsevišķi tiesību jautājumi, piemēram, par paaugstinātas bīstamības avotu atbildīgais subjekts, cēloņsakarība, raksturīgā riska iestāšanās. Darba nobeigumā ir sniegti priekšlikumi normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai, lai panāktu atbildības par paaugstinātas bīstamības avota vienotu izpratni Latvijā. Master’s thesis “The concept of source of extreme danger and criteria for application of liability” consists of analysis of concept of source of extreme danger in the scope of Latvian legal system, as well as legal systems of foreign countries. The author also has researched different problematics of law, for instance subject of liability, causation, foreseeable risk of source of extreme danger. In the conclusion of the thesis the author has provided proposals for improvement of the regulations in order to unify the comprehension of concept of the source of extreme danger.
