Izpratne par suverenitāti Latvijā Eiropas Savienības procesu diskursā

Abstract

Kopš Eiropas Ogļu un tērauda kopienas dibināšanas 1951.gadā joprojām paliek aktuāls jautājums par tās dalībvalstu integrācijas procesu un suverenitātes principa savstarpējo mijiedarbību. Šis jautājums ir aktuāls arī Latvijai, kura atjaunoja neatkarību tikai 20.gadsimta beigās, bet jau 2004.gada sākumā kļuva par Eiropas Savienības dalībvalsti. Bakalaura darba autore pētīja suverenitātes jēdziena evolūciju un ģenēzi, kā arī analizēja, kā mainījās izpratne par suverenitāti Latvijā Eiropas Savienības procesu diskursā. Izanalizējot autore secināja, ka Latvijas pievienošanās Eiropas Savienībai ir būtiski ietekmējusi filozofu un zinātnieku izpratni par suverenitāti, tomēr, minētā tendence, autoresprāt, nenozīmē suverenitātes koncepta izpratnes neatgriezenisku transformāciju.

Since the establishment of European coal and steal community in 1951 an interaction of integration processes and sovereignty remains an issue. This question is also topical for Latvia, which has regained its independence at the end of 20th century, but in the beginning of 2004 has already become a member of the European Union. The author of this bachelor thesis has analyzed the evolution and genesis of concept of sovereignty, as well tried to find out how the understanding of sovereignty in Latvia has changed in relation to the European Union’s processes. The author of this bachelor thesis has concluded that Latvia’s accession to the European Union has significantly affected and has transformed philosophers and scientists understanding of sovereignty, however this tendency does not mean irreversible transformation of understanding of concept of sovereignty.
