Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Personu grupa pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās kā viena no dalības formām.” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt personu grupas pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās būtību un šīs dalības formas piemērošanu praksē un ar to saistītās problēmas, kā arī izpētīt ārvalstīs pastāvošo regulējumu attiecībā uz personu grupu pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši bakalaura darba uzdevumi: 1)izpētīt personu grupas pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās teorētiskos aspektus; 2)izpētīt personu grupas pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās piemērošanu praksē un ar to saistītās problēmas; 3)veikt personu grupas pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās tiesiskā regulējuma analīzi citās valstīs. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tika izpētīti teorētiskie un praktiskie problēmjautājumi, kas saistīti ar personu grupu pēc iepriekšējas vienošanās un sniegts viedoklis šajos jautājumus. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is „The group with a prior agreement as one of the forms of participation.” The aim is to research the essence of the group with a prior agreement as well as to look at its application in practice and the problems that arise from it. The foreign regulation concerning the group with a prior agreement has also been unfolded in this work. In order to reach the aim, several tasks have been advanced: 1)research the theoretical aspects of the group with a prior agreement; 2)research how the regulation with regard to the group with a prior agreement is applied in practice and what are the main problems; 3)analyse the legal regulation of the group with a prior agreement in other countries. The theoretical and practical questions concerning the group with a prior agreement have been explored and an opinion has been given as the result of this work.
