Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kukuļņemšana, kukuļdošana un starpniecība kukuļošanā.” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kukuļņemšanas, kukuļdošanas un starpniecības kukuļošanā svarīgākos un aktuālos problēmjautājumus praksē, kā arī trūkumus teorijā un rast iespējamos risinājumus, salīdzinot ar attiecīgo regulējumu citās valstīs. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, izvirzītie uzdevumi ir: kukuļošanā ietilpstošo noziedzīgo nodarījumu vēsturiskais apskats, kukuļņemšanas, kukuļdošanas un starpniecības kukuļošanā juridiskā analīze, problēmjautājumu un trūkumu identificēšana, salīdzināšana ar citu valstu tiesisko regulējumu un secinājumu un risinājumu izdarīšana par izpētīto. Darba rezultātā izdarīti secinājumi atbilstoši darba mērķim. Subject of thesis is “Passive and active bribery and intermediation in bribery.” The aim of the paper is to identify most important and relevant problems in practice and shortcoming in theory, to find possible solutions, and to compare to the same legislations in other countries. To achieve the aim, the tasks are: bribery’s historical overview, passive and active bribery and intermediation in bribery legal analysis, identification of problems and shortcomings, comparison with other countries' legislation and finally to make conclusions and find solutions.
