Pacienta svara izmaiņas saistība ar staru terapijas precizitāti kolorektālā vēža ārstēšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ,,Pacienta svara izmaiņas saistība ar staru terapijas precizitāti kolorektālā vēža ārstēšanā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā pacienta svara izmaiņas, kuras saistītas ar staru terapijas blaknēm, ietekmē staru terapijas precizitāti kolorektālā vēža ārstēšanas laikā. Darba pirmajā daļā apkopota teorētiskā informācija par kolorektālā vēža simptomātiku un klasifikāciju. Otrajā daļā veikts ieskats par staru terapijas pielietojumu pacientiem ar kolorektālo vēzi. Trešajā daļā sniegts novērtējums biežāk sastopamām blaknēm pacientiem ar kolorektālo vēzi staru ārstēšanas laikā. Pētījumā daļā tika ievakti un analizēti dati par 15 pacientiem bez vecuma ierobežojuma - 10 sievietes un 5 vīrieši, kuriem nozimēta staru terapija. Darba noslēgumā izteikti secinājumi. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 46 lappuses, 18 attēli, 5 tabulas, 4 pielikumi, 38 literatūras avoti.

The name of the bachelor thesis is “The Relationship between the Patient Weight Changes and the Precision of Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer”. The objective of this paper is to discover how the precision of radiotherapy treatment is affected by the changes in patient weight and how that is connected with radiotherapy side effects. First chapter provides the theoretical basis for this work including the clinical signs and classification of the colorectal cancer. Next chapter describes different aspects of the radiotherapy treatment for colorectal cancer. Third chapter evaluates main side effects encountered in patients with colorectal cancer. Without age restriction included in research charter 15 patients – 10 female and 5 male, who assign radiotherapy Work concludes with a summary of main results of the study and offers conclusions. The bachelor thesis is 46 pages long, it includes 18 figures, 5 tables. 4 appendices and 38 information resources.
