Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Māsas profesionālas lomas jaundzimušā aprūpē’ Jaundzimušais nevar pats sevi parūpēties sakarā ar to vecākiem ir jāzin pamatprincipi par jaundzimušo aprūpi. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot māsas profesionālas lomas jaundzimušā aprūpe Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt literatūru un citus materiālus par jaundzimušo perinatālās aprūpes principiem. 2.Izstrādāt pētniecības darba instrumentu – aptaujas anketu un veikt anketēšanu. 3. Analizēt Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes trūkuma teoriju 4. Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. 5. Izdarīt secinājumus Pētījuma hipotēze: Vecāku izglītošana ir visnozīmīgāka māsas loma jaundzimušā aprūpē. Darbs sastāv no dīvām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir veikts teorētiskās literatūras apraksts par māsas profesionālas lomam un jaundzimuša aprūpi. Darbā analizēta un tēmai piesaistīta Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes trūkuma teorija. Pētījuma otrajā daļa veikta anketēšana un apkopoti tās rezultāti, izveidoti secinājumi. Pētījuma rezulatātā tika noskaidrots ka vairākums māsu par viņu visnozīmīgāko profesionālo lomu uzskata māsa- izglītotāja, līdz ar to izvirzīta hipotēze ir apstiprināta. The theme of the Bachelor paper – „Professional role of nurse in newborn care process’ Newborn cannot take care of himself, so parents should know basic principles of newborn care. Target of research: Find out professional role of nurse in newborn care process Assignment of research: 1. Analyze literature and other sources about parental principles of newborn care. 2. Make out tool of research paper – questionnaire and make interviews. 3. Analyze self-care deficit nursing theory of Dorothy Orem. 4. Summarize an make analyze of received data. 5. Make conclusions. Hypothesis of research: Education of parents is more important role of the nurse in newborn care. The bachelor paper consists of two chapters. First chapter includes the description of literature about professional roles of nurse and newborn care. In paper there are overviewed sources of literature; was analyzed self-care deficit nursing theory of Dorothy Orem. The second chapter contains the summary of the results of a questionnaire and conclusions. In the result of research was find out that nurses mostly consider educational role as the most important role in their professional work, so stated hypothesis is correct.
