Pacientu ar paaugstinātu alerģisko reaktivitāti līdzestība ārstēšanas procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Pacientu ar paaugstinātu alerģisko reaktivitāti līdzestība ārstēšanas procesā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka pēdējos gados strauji pieaug alerģiskā rinīta pacientu skaits. Neārstēts alerģiskais rinīts var veicināt astmas attīstību, tādēļ, par pētījuma mērķis ir izvirzīts - izpētīt alerģiskā rinīta pacientu līdzestību ārstēšanās procesā. Pētījuma darbā apkopota un izanalizēta literatūra par alerģisko rinītu, līdzestību un profilakses pasākumiem alerģiskā rinīta pacientiem. Lai iegūtu informāciju, tika izstrādāts kvalitatīvas pētījuma metodes instruments – strukturēta intervija, kurā tika ietverti 13 jautājumi. Pētījumā piedalījās 10 alerģiskā rinīta pacienti, kuri ārstēšanās laikā ieradušies uz atkārtotu ārsta vizīti un, kuriem ar klīniski nozīmīgu un ar ādas testu, un/vai specifiskā IgE palīdzību ir pierādīta alerģija pret dažādiem inhalējamiem alergēniem: mājas putekļu ērcītēm, kaķi, suni, bērzu, alksni, vībotni un timotiņu, un piemeklēta un uzsākta terapija. Pētījuma gaitā tika iegūta atbilde uz izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu: kāda ir pacientu ar paaugstinātu alerģisko reaktivitāti līdzestība ārstēšanās procesā? Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, autore secina, ka aptaujātajiem alerģiskā rinīta pacientiem ir zināšanas un izpratne par savu saslimšanu, ārstēšanu un profilaksi. Pacientu zināšanas lielākoties ir balstītas uz informāciju, ko viņi ir saņēmuši no sava ārstējošā ārsta, no kā var secināt, ka respondenti uzticas savam ārstam, kas ir nozīmīgs faktors līdzestības nodrošināšanā. Visi aptaujātie respondenti atzina, ka uzskata sevi par līdzestīgu pacientu, jo no tā ir atkarīga viņu pašsajūta un dzīves kvalitāte. Darba apjoms ir 43 lappuses. Darbā ievietotas 10 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Pētījumā izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti latviešu, angļu un vācu valodā.

Subject of the bachelors work – “Patients with increased allergic reactivity compliance during the process of medical treatment.” The study topic is made by the rapid growth of patients with allergic rhinitis in recent years. Untreated allergic rhinitis may contribute to asthma and therefore the aim of the study is to examine patients with allergic rhinitis compliance during the process of medical treatment.” In the study is compiled analysis of the scientific literature about allergic rhinitis, compliance and preventive measures for patients with allergic rhinitis. In order to obtain the information it was developed by quality research method – a structured interview, which included 13 questions. 10 patients with allergic rhinitis participated in the research. They come to visit their doctor during the medical treatment, which involved several examinations such as clinically significant and skin tests and/or with specific IgE assistance that showed allergic reactions to various inhaled allergens – dogs, cats, house dust mites, birch, alder, verbena and timothy. The specialists specially selected and commenced treatment. During the research responses were obtained to answer the study question: what are the patients with increased allergic reactivity compliance in the medical treatment process. Summarising the results of the research author concludes that respondents – patients with allergic rhinitis have the knowledge and understanding of the illness, as well as treatment and prophylaxis. Knowledge of patients is largely based on information they have received from their attending physician, from which it can be concluded that respondents trust their doctor, which is an important factor in ensuring compliance. All of the respondents consider that they are compliant patients, as it depends on their feelings and the quality of life. The paper consists of 43 pages. It includes 10 tables and 2 attachments, 30 sources of literature were used in English, Latvian and German languages.
