Hroniskas vēnu mazspējas riska faktoru izvērtēšana medicīnas māsām

Abstract

Natālija Lajevska ir izstrādājusi bakalaura darbu par tēmu “Hroniskas vēnu mazspējas riska faktoru izvērtēšana medicīnas māsām”. Darbs sastāv no 37 lapaspuses, 18 attēliem, 1 tabulas un 5 pielikumiem. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt un analizēt hroniskas vēnu mazspējas ietekmējošos riska faktorus un izplatību medicīnas māsu vidū. Darba uzdevumi ir: apkopot un analizēt teorētisko informāciju par hronisko vēnu mazspēju un to izraisošajiem riska faktoriem; izveidot aptaujas anketu un veikt anketēšanu; apkopot iegūtos datus, apstrādāt, analizēt, interpretēt tos; veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un pētnieciskās. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā aprakstīta V. Hendersones vajadzību teorijas pielietojums. Otrajā nodaļā ir apkopota teorētiska informācija par hronisko vēnu mazspēju, aprakstīta HVM izplatība, apkopota informācija par hronisko vēnu mazspēju veicinošiem riska faktoriem un aprakstīta HVM profilakse. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā – anketēšanas metode. Ar kvantitatīvās metodes palīdzību tika noskaidrots un atbildēts uz pētījuma hipotēzi, ka hroniskas vēnu mazspējas riska faktori ir bieži sastopami medicīnas māsām. Būtiskākie HVM ietekmējošie riska faktori aptaujātām māsām ir: ģimenes saslimšanu anamnēze, smēķēšana, vecums. Pētījuma dati liecina, ka māsu darbs saistīts ar ilgstošu sēdēšanu vai stāvēšanu. Atslēgas vārdi: medicīnas māsa, hroniska vēnu mazspēja, hroniska vēnu mazspēja riska faktori. Darbā tika izmantoti 38 literatūras avoti latviešu valodā, krievu valodā un angļu valodā.

Natalija Lajevska has written a paper about the theme of “Chronic vein incompetence risk factor evaluation for nurses”. The paper consists of 37 pages, 18 pictures, 1 tables and 5 attachments. The goal of the paper was to research and to analyse risk factors that influence chronic vein incompetence and their distribution between medical nurses. The key goals for the paper were: to summarize and to analyse theoretical information about chronic vein incompetence and inducing risk factors; to create survey polls and to survey patients; to summarize acquired data, as well as to process, analyse and to interpret the acquired data; to draw conclusions and to subsequently draw possible proposals. The paper consists of two parts – theory and research. Theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first chapter discusses V. Henderson’s necessity theory’s application. The second chapter summarizes theoretical information about chronic vein incompetence, CVI distribution, as well as it discusses the risk factors that induce chronic vein incompetence and CVI prophylaxis. In the research there were used the quantitative – survey method. With quantitative method the hypothesis of the paper was answered, namely, that the chronic vein incompetence risk factors are usually found for medical nurses. The most important risk factors for HVM influencing the monitored sisters are family disease history, smoking, age. The survey data show that nursing work is related to prolonged sitting or standing.
