Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Māsas rīcība pēcoperācijas brūču aprūpē ķirurģijas nodaļā” . Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka ik dienu slimnīcās veic neskaitāmas operācijas un infekcija ir viena no komplikācijām pēcoperācijas periodā. Inficēšanās iemesli ir dažādi. Roku nemazgāšana ir viens no galvenajiem veidiem, kā izplatās infekcija slimnīcās. Ir aktuāli noskaidrot māsas rīcību pēcoperācijas brūču aprūpē, jo aseptikas un antiseptikas, roku mazgāšana un dezinfekcija, kā arī cimdu lietošana var mazināt vai pat novērst infekcijas risku. Pareiza māsas rīcība pēcoperācijas brūču aprūpē ir viens no ietekmējošiem faktoriem, lai uzlabotu pacienta veselības aprūpes kvalitāti.Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir māsas rīcība pēcoperācijas brūču aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevums ir analizēt literatūru par māsas rīcību pēcoperācijas brūču aprūpē, izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus, lai noskaidrotu māsas rīcību, pielietot Dorotejas Oremas teoriju pēcoperācijas brūču aprūpē, veikt secinājumus. Tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments – intervija. Darbs sastāv no 47 lapām, 7 pielikumiem, 11 tabulām, 3 attēliem. Darbā izmantoti 35 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the Bachelor paper - “Nurses` Actions Taken in Post-operative Wound Care in Surgical Unit”. The theme is topical as plenty of operations are performed in hospitals every day and infection is one of the complications in the postoperative period. The causes of infections are different.The main reason for infectionsspreading in hospitals is the fact that people do not wash their hands. It is importantto find out the actions taken by nurses in post-operative wound care, as the use of aseptic and antiseptics, hand washing and disinfection, as well as glove wearing may reduce or even eliminate the risk of infection. Relevant activities taken by nurses in postoperative wound care is one of the influencing factors in improving the quality of patient`s health care. The aim of the bachelor paper is to find out what actions nurses take in a post-operative wound care. The task of the study is to analyse the literature on nurses` actions takenin post-operative wound care, to develop the questions for the interview in order toclarifynurses` actions byusing Dorothea Orem`s theory of post-operative wound care, and make conclusions. A qualitative research methodwas chosen. The tool of the studyis an interview. The paper consists of 47 pages, 7 appendices, 11 tables, 3 images. There are 35 sources of literature used in the bachelor paper.
