Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem ar kolostomu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem ar kolostomu. Pēdējos gados visā pasaulē novēro pacientu ar kolostomu skaita pieaugumu, apmēram 0.05-1% no valsts iedzīvotāju skaita. Kolostomijas operācija tieši ietekmē uz pacientu dzīves kvalitāti, rada fiziskās un emocionālas problēmas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem ar kolostomu. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un izanalizēt informāciju par dzīves kvalitāti ietekmējošiem faktoriem pacientēm ar kolostomu, veikt aptauju pacientu vidū, izanalizēt un aprakstīt aptaujas datus, izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzīta hipotēze: pacientiem ar kolostomu dzīves kvalitāti visvairāk ietekmē emocionālas problēmas. Pētniecības instruments anketa. Pētniecības metode –kvantitatīva metode, anketēšana. Pētījumā gaitā hipotēze tika apstiprinājusies, noskaidrojas ka pacientiem ikdienas aktivitātēs visvairāk traucē emocionālās problēmas.

The theme of the Bachelor’s paper is Patient's life quality with colostomy. The last years in the world increase number of patients with colostomy, about 0.05 - 1% of country population. Colostomy affects the quality of life of patients, creates physical and emotional problems. The aim of the paper is to research the patient’s life quality with colostomy. The tasks of the research are to collect and analyze information about the factors affecting the life quality of patients with colostomy, to make a patient’s survey, analyze survey’s results and make conclusions. The hypothesis is patient’s life quality with colostomy mostly affects emotional problems. Research instrument is the questionnaire SF36. The research method is quantitative method - survey. During the research hypothesis was confirmed, the survey results show that emotional problems mostly disturb patient’s with colostomy daily activities.
