Pacientu mutes dobuma aprūpe ķīmijterapijas laikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Pacientu mutes dobuma aprūpe ķīmijterapijas laikā”. Darba mērķis: “Noskaidrot, vai pastāv atšķirība starp pacientu grupu, kuriem mutes dobuma aprūpe tika uzsākta profilaktiski un pacientu grupu, kuriem mutes dobuma aprūpe tiek uzsākta pēc pirmo bojājumu simptomu parādīšanās.” Pētījuma jautājumi: “Vai pacientiem, kuriem sākta profilaktiskā mutes dobuma aprūpe ir mazāk izteiks mutes gļotādas bojājums vai diskomforts, kā pacientiem, kuriem mutes dobuma aprūpe tiek uzsākta parādoties pirmajām bojājuma pazīmēm? Ja pacientiem bija negatīva iepriekšējā pieredze, vai viņi rūpīgāk sekos mutes dobuma aprūpei nākošās ķīmijterapijas laikā?” Darbā tika analizēta D. Oremas pašaprūpes deficīta teorija, apskatīta literatūra par ķīmijterapiju un tās blaknēm, mukozītu un stomatītu, neitropēniju, mutes dobuma aprūpi ķīmijterapijas laikā. Darba ietvaros tika veikts pētījums, kura laikā tika aptaujāti 12 pacienti, kas saņēma ķīmijterapiju. Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, instruments – intervija. Iegūtie rezultāti atbild uz pētījuma jautājumiem.

Bachelor thesis: "Patients' oral care during chemotherapy." Obective: "To find out whether there is a difference between the group of patients with oral care considered a preventive and a group of patients, with oral care initiated after the first symptoms of damage ." Study Questions: "Do patients who initiated preventive oral care are less likely to have oral mucosal damage or discomfort than patients with oral care initiated at the first signs of deterioration? If patients had negative previous experiences, will they follow closely white the oral care next time during chemotherapy? " The study analyzed D. Orem self-care deficit theory, discussed literature on chemotherapy and its side effects, mucositis and stomatitis, neutropenia, oral care during chemotherapy. Working within the framework of a study, were surveyed 12 patients who received chemotherapy. In reasurch was used qualitative research method, the instrument - interview. The obtained results gave answers to research questions.
