Abstract

Izstrādātā bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientu aprūpe nedzīstošu brūču gadījumā ambulatorā praksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka ar katru gadu pacientu skaits ar ilgstoši nedzīstošām brūcēm pieaug. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu aprūpi dinamikā nedzīstošu brūču gadījumā ambulatorā praksē. Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode un kā instruments tika izmantots novērošanas protokols. Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums - Kāda ir pacientu aprūpe dinamikā nedzīstošu brūču gadījumā ambulatorā praksē? Pētījums atklāja, ka pacientu aprūpe dinamikā nedzīstošu brūču gadījumā ambulatorā praksē ir pozitīva. Bakalaura darba struktūra veidota atbilstoši izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem, kas sastāv no ievada, sešām nodaļām un pētījuma gaitā izdarītajiem secinājumiem. Bakalaura darbā analizēti 32 literatūras avoti. Darba saturs izklāstīts uz 42 lappusēm, četriem pielikumiem.

Develop bachelor's thesis is " Patient care in cases non-healing wounds in outpatient practice”. Topicality of the theme determined, that every year the number of patients with long - term non – healing wounds is increasing. The research aim is to find out patient care in cases non-healing wounds in outpatient practice. To perform research, was used qualitative research method, and how the tool it was used observation protocol. The question raised by the research – What kind of patient care in cases non-healing wounds in outpatient practice is in dynamics? The research revealed that patient care in dynamics in cases non-healing wounds in outpatient practice is positive. Bachelor thesis structure shaped acording raised tasks, which consists an introduction, six chapters and conclusions over the research. In bachelor’s thesis analyzed 32 literature sources. Labor content set out on 42 pages, four annexes. Keywords: care, wound, non – healing, dynamics
