Bērna psiholoģiskā sagatavošana vispārējai anestēzijai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Bērna psiholoģiskā sagatavošana vispārējai anestēzijai. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka nepieciešamība pievērst uzmanību bērna psiholoģiskās sagatavošanas procesam pirms vispārējās anestēzijas. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot bērna psiholoģisko sagatavošanu vispārējai anestēzijai. Darba uzdevumi ir analizēt Kolistas Rojas aprūpes teoriju, apkopot un analizēt literatūru, kas attiecināma uz bērna psiholoģisko sagatavošanu vispārējai anestēzijai, izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – anketu un veikt X slimnīcas personāla anketēšanu, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus, datu apstrāde Microsoft Excel, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma veikšanai izvirzītā hipotēze ir bērna psiholoģiskā sagatavošana vispārējai anestēzijai ietver sevī drošas vides radīšanu – nodrošinot vecāku iesaisti. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments – anketa. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir daļēji apstiprinājusies, jo pēc iegūtajiem datiem ir redzams, ka drošas vides radīšana, nodrošinot vecāku iesaisti, kā arī adaptācijas procesa atvieglošana, ir psiholoģiskās sagatavošanas pamatā.

Bachelor thesis – Psychological preparation of children undergoing general anesthesia. Theme topicality is a need to pay attention to the child’s psychological preparation process before undergoing general anesthesia. The aim is to find out the child’s psychological preparation for general anesthesia. Research objectives are to analyze care theory of Callista Roy, to collect and carry out analysis of literature related to the psychological preparation of children undergoing general anesthesia, to establish a research tool – a questionnaire and to carry out a study involving X hospital staff, data collection and analysis, data processing in Microsoft Excel, and conclusion taking. Highlighted hypothesis: the psychological preparation of children undergoing general anesthesia includes creation of a safe environment by involving parents. The study used a quantitative research method, the research tool – questionnaire. The study hypothesis is partially confirmed as from data obtained shows a safe environment, affirmed presence of the parents as well as adaptation process facilitation is the basis for the psychological preparation of children.
