Informatīvo materiālu izveide pacientiem par smēķēšanas ietekmi uz brūču dzīšanu

Abstract

Smēķēšana ir plaši izplatīta atkarība, tā ietekmē pacientu ārstēšanas un aprūpes procesu. Viena no retāk apskatītām, bet būtiskām problēmām, ir traucēta brūču dzīšana smēķēšanas dēļ un pacientu informācijas trūkums par smēķēšanas ietekmi uz brūču dzīšanu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt uz pierādījumiem balstītu informatīvo materiālu izveides pamatojumu pacientu informēšanai par smēķēšanas ietekmi uz brūču dzīšanu. Pētniecības jautājums: kāda ir ķirurģijā strādājošo ārstu un māsu pieredze pacientu informēšanā par smēķēšanas ietekmi uz brūču dzīšanu un viedoklis par informēšanas procesa ietekmi uz pacientu rīcību? Balstoties uz literatūras izpēti un 10 kvalitatīvās intervijās iegūtiem datiem, tika izveidoti informatīvi plakāti un bukleti pacientiem. Bakalaura darbs satur 57 lappuses, 9 pielikumus un 34 informācijas avotus.

Smoking is highly prevalent addiction form, which has an impact on patient treatment and nursing process. One of essential problems in surgery is impaired wound healing because of smoking as well as patients lack of knowledge of how smoking impacts their wounds. The aim of research study is to explore the basis for evidence-based informative material development for patients of how smoking impacts their wound healing. Research question: what is the experience for physicians and nurses who work in surgery, of informing the patients on how smoking impacts wound healing and opinion of informing process effect on patients behaviour? The informative materials will be developed based on theoretical literature as well as 10 research interviews. The Bachelor paper consists of 57 pages, 9 appendices and 34 theoretical literature sources.
