Bakalaura darba „Mobings un bosings Latvijas pārvaldes institūcijās” mērķis ir aktualizēt un pievērst uzmanību mobinga un bosinga problēmai. Noskaidrot kā psiholoģiskais terors izpaužas darbavietā no cietušo subjektīvā skatījuma, kā arī aplūkot to, kā tas ietekmē darbinieku sniegumu. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika aplūkotas mobinga un bosinga definīcijas, cilvēkresursu nozīme publiskajā pārvaldē. Pētījums tika veidots kā gadījumu izpētes stratēģija, izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi. Tika veidotas trīs intervijas ar cietušajiem un viena intervija ar eksperti. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par to, ka mobings un bosings ir aktuāla problēma Latvijas institūcijās, tikai sabiedrība nav pietiekami informēta par to, kā rīkoties gadījumos, kad nākas saskarties ar to. The bachelor thesis „Mobbing and bossing in Latvian public administration institutions” aims at updating mobbing and bossing and to draw attention to the problem. Find out how psychological terror in the workplace of the victims gets from the subjective view of victims and see how it affects employee’s performance. In order to achieve the objectives it was dealt with the definitions of mobbing and bossing and the role of human resources in the public administration. The study was designed as a strategy of case studies, using qualitative research method. There were three interviews with victims and one interview with expert. The results of the study show that mobbing and bossing is an acute problem in Latvian institutions, only the society is not sufficiently informed about how to react when confronted with it.
