Mediju notikumu analīze ārzemju ziņu sadaļās interneta ziņu portālos BBC un LSM no 2016. gada 13. līdz 27. aprīlim

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Mediju notikumu analīze ārzemju ziņu sadaļās interneta ziņu portālos BBC un LSM no 2016. gada 13. līdz 27. aprīlim". Atlasītās publikācijas tiek analizētas pēc mediju notikumu analīzes, kas ir galvenā šī bakalaura darba teorētiskā bāze. Apskatītā teorētiskā daļa, kas sevī iekļauj arī globālo komunikāciju, riska reportāžu un interneta vides apskati, palīdz novērtēt un salīdzināt mediju notikumus BBC un LSM portāla ārzemju ziņu sadaļās. Darbā iekļauta arī intervija ar LSM redakciju, kas tiek minēta arī pētnieciskās daļas izstrādē. Izmantojot mediju notikumu teoriju, kvalitatīvo un kvantitatīvo kontentanalīzi, tika veidotas kategorijas pēc kurām detalizētāk sadalītas publikācijas. Satura detalizētāka sadale palīdzēja tā analizē pēc mediju notikuma sacensības, iekarošanas un kronēšanas scenārija 13 dimensijām. Secinājumos atspoguļoti veiktās analīzes rādītāji.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Analysis of media events in foreign news section in internet portals BBC and LSM from April 13 – 27, 2016". Selected publications are anlysed by media event theory, which is the main theoretical basis of this Bachelor. Viewed theoretical section, includes not only media event theory, but also global communication theories, risk coverage and examination of the internet environment, helps estimate and compare foreign news section of BBC and LSM internet portals. There is also an interview with editorial office of LSM which is mentioned in research part of this work. Using media event theory and qaulitative and quantitative content analysis, there were created categories, that helped split publications in finer details. This in turn, also helped in media events analysis of contest, conquest and coronation scenarios for 13 dimensions. The results of this analysis are shown in the conclusion part.
