Zāļu tēju centra izveides nosacījumi

Abstract

Darba autore šajā darbā pēta un analizē tējnīcas un tās tradīcijas pasaulē un Latvijā, to vēsturisko attīstību un mūsdienu tendences. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīja tēju dzeršanas tradīciju vēsture un tās attīstība, kā arī pašu tējnīcu vēsturisko attīstību līdz pat mūsdienām, tiek pētītas tējnīcu interjera un tējas kultūra vadlīnijas- krāsu risinājumi, interjera iekārtojumi un tās raksturīgākās īpašības. Empīriskajā daļā, pēc izvirzītajiem kritērijiem tiek pētītas un analizētas tējnīcas pasaulē un Latvijā, radot priekšstatu par to, kas veido tējnīcas būtību. Balstoties uz teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas iegūtajām zināšanām, radošajā daļā izstrādāts interjera dizaina projekts zāļu tējas centram.

The aim of the study: to research and to analyse teahouses and their traditions in the world and in Latvia, their historical development and contemporary tendencies. In the theoretical part the author analyses the history of tea drinking traditions and its development, as well as the historical overview of teahouses. The guidelines of the tea culture and the interior of teahouses were explored – colour solutions, interior arrangements and their characteristics. In the empirical part teahouses in Latvia and in the world were analysed accordingly to the criteria in order to create an idea that forms the essence of teahouses. Basing on the knowledge gained in the theoretical and empirical part, in the creative part a teahouse interior project design was created.
