Pamatlīdzekļu uzskaites apakšsistēma

Abstract

“Pamatlīdzekļu uzskaites apakšsistēma” ir lielākas informācijas sistēmas NIPIS (Nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldes informatīvā sistēma) sastāvdaļa, kas atbild par pamatlīdzekļu pārvaldi. Sistēma sastāv no divām daļām – pie NIPIS sistēmas piesaistītā daļa, kas atbild par pamatlīdzekļu pārvaldi, importu un izdruku, un neatkarīgā SETSUnits daļa, kas ir lietojama uz mobilajām ierīcēm, un nodrošina pamatlīdzekļu un piesaistīto bilžu pārvaldi un pamatlīdzekļu inventarizāciju, kamēr lietotājs neatrodas pie datora ar NIPIS sistēmu. Programmatūra ir izstrādāta programmēšanas valodā C#, izmantojot ASP.NET Web Forms un ASP.NET MVC ietvarus un Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 izstrādes vidi.

“Fixed assets accounting subsystem” is the fixed asset management subsystem of NIPIS (Real estate management information system) information system. The system consists of two parts. The first part is integrated within NIPIS, and provides tools to manage, import and print the fixed assets. The second part is designed for use with mobile devices, and allows user to perform fixed asset inventory as well as fixed asset and their picture management while being away from the computer with the NIPIS system. The software is developed in C# programming language, with the use of ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC frameworks and Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 development environment.
