Projekts: Tirdzniecības uzņēmuma "DĀRSIJA" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir uzņēmuma dibināšanas projekta izstrāde un novērtēšana, veicot ieņēmumu un izdevumu aprēķināšu, sastādot un veicot uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu analīzi. Projekta ideja, kura aprakstīta maģistra darba pirmajā nodaļā, ir konkurētspējīga uzņēmuma dibināšana, kurš veiksmīgi darbojas ziedu tirdzniecības nozarē, bet uzņēmuma galvenie mērķi ir, apmācot jaunos darbiniekus, veicot sadarbību ar piegādātājiem, atvērt ziedu salonu un 3 gadu laikā sasniegt stabila uzņēmuma tēlu, bet, izmantojot dažādas reklāmas kampaņas un konkursus, 5 gadu laikā ieņemt vadošo pozīciju ziedu tirdzniecībā. Paplašināt uzņēmumu un radīt jaunas darba vietas kā arī dot labumu Latvijas ekonomikai. Uzņēmums tiks dibināts kā sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Uzņēmuma pamatkapitālu veidos uzņēmuma īpašnieces personīgie finanšu ieguldījumi 10 000,00 euro apmērā. Uzņēmuma nosaukums būs "Dārsija" un uzņēmuma mājas lapa būs www.darsija.lv. Pateicoties izveidotajai mājas lapai un interneta veikalam uzņēmums gūs papildus klientus un atpazīstamību. Māja lapā būs iespēja pasūtīt visdažādākos grieztos ziedus, sākot no hiacintēm līdz krāšņajām Kenijas rozēm, bet ja sirds kāros iegādāties kādu krāšņu un gaumīgu ziedu pušķu, lūdzam iegriezties ziedu salonā, kurš atradīsies Ropažu ielā 10. Papildus uzņēmums piedāvās ziedu piegādes uz vēlamo adresi. Sākotnēji uzņēmumam būs viena tirdzniecības vieta un pirmajā darbības gadā tiks nodarbināti četri darbinieki – uzņēmuma vadītāja/īpašniece, floriste, pārdevēja un šoferis/noliktavas pārzinis. Turoties uzņēmuma noteikto mērķu ietvaros, SIA "Dārsija" 2017.gada februārī atvērs otru ziedu tirdzniecības vietu., kura atradīsies Rīgas Centrāltirgū. Bet trešajā uzņēmuma darbības gadā tiks atvērta trešā ziedu tirdzniecības vieta, kura atradīsies Tirdzniecības centrā "Mežciems". Uzņēmums "Dārsija" ziedus iegādāsies no vairākiem ziedu piegādes kanāliem. Grieztos ziedus iegādāsies no ziedu izsolēm, bet atsevišķus sezonas ziedus iegādāsies no Latvijas uzņēmējiem. Izvērtējot Latvijas nozarē notiekošās tendences, secināt, ka lai gan atvērto uzņēmumu skaits nozarē nav liels, bet katru gadu ir vērojama pozitīva tendence un atvērto uzņēmumu skaits katru gadu palielinās, kas liecina ne tikai par nozares potenciālu, bet arī par pieaugošu konkurenci. 2014.gadā nozarē reģistrēti 668 uzņēmumi ar kopējo apgrozījumu 74,40 milj. euro. Nozares apgrozījums salīdzinot ar 2013.gadu ir samazinājies. Nozares neto apgrozījums sastāda tikai 0,13 % no kopējā neto apgrozījuma valstī. Sastādot plānoto peļņas un zaudējumu aprēķinu, konstatēts, ka lielākos SIA "Dārsija" izdevumus veido darba algas un ar tām saistītie nodokļi – valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas obligātās iemaksas. Pirmais uzņēmuma darbības gads tiek noslēgts ar zaudējumiem 7 841,00 euro apmērā. Otrajā uzņēmuma darbības gadā, nodrošinot apgrozījuma pieaugumu, uzņēmums plāno gūt peļņu 7 081,00 euro apmērā, bet 2018.gadā uzņēmuma peļņa sasniegs 8 443,00 euro.

The goal of the masters’ thesis is enterprise founding project development and assessment, calculating income and expenses, composing and carrying out the analysis of enterprises’ financial overviews. Within the masters’ thesis the financial overviews will be composed about three operating years of the enterprise. The idea of the project, described in first chapter of masters’ thesis is development of competitive enterprise which will successfully operate in flower trade sector; but the main goals of the enterprise are, by training new employees and cooperating with suppliers to open a flower saloon and within 3 years to reach a stable business image; within 5 years – to take the leading position in flower trade, to expand the enterprise and create new workplaces as well as to benefit Latvia’s economy. The enterprise will be founded as limited Ltd. The basic capital of enterprise will be owners’ personal investment 10,000 euro. In the beginning the enterprise will have one trading spot and in the first year will have four employees – the enterprise manager/owner, florist, sales person and chauffer/warehouse manager. Holding to the set goals, "Dārsija" Ltd. will open second trading spot in Riga Central market in February 2017. But the third trading spot will be opened in the third working year of the enterprise which will be located in trade centre "Mežciems". The enterprise "Dārsija" will buy flowers from different delivery canals. The cut flowers will be bought in flower auctions but different seasonal flowers will be bought from Latvia’s’ entrepreneurs. The enterprise will act in specialized flower, plant, seed, and fertiliser shops of the branch. Taking into account that the enterprise will buy flowers in foreign auctions, within the masters’ work the actual changes in worlds’ flower market sector are explored and then evaluated changes Latvia’s specialized flower, plant, seed, fertilizer shops. Although the number of new enterprises in this sector in Latvia is not great, every year a positive tendency is seen and the number of new enterprises growing, testifying not only about potential of this sector but also about growing competition. In 2014 registered in this sector were 668 enterprises with total turnover of 74,40 million euro. The turnover of the sector has declined in comparison with 2013. The net turnover of the sector composes only 0,13% from the total net turnover in the country.Composing planned profit and loss review it was discovered that the greatest expenses of "Dārsija" Ltd. are employee salaries and connected taxes – state social insurance obligatory payments. The first work year will be finished with losses of 7 841,00 euro. In the second work year by ensuring the turnover growth the enterprise plans to gain profit of 7 081,00 euro but in 2018 the enterprises’ profit will reach 8 443,00 euro.
