Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstība Latvijā”. Darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām izpētīt hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstību Latvijā un veikt attīstības faktoru analīzi, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un priekšlikumus hipotekārās kreditēšanas turpmākai attīstībai. Bakalaura darbā tiek raksturots hipotekārais kredīts un analizēta tā attīstība. Tiek izpētīti un analizēti hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstības ietekmējošie faktori. Darbs sastāv no trim galvenajām nodaļām. Pirmajā daļā raksturots hipotekārais kredīts, kas ir hipotekārais kredīts un kādi ir saņemšanas nosacījumi. Otrajā daļā ir izklāstīta Latvijas hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstības. Trešajā daļā veikta Latvijas hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstības ietekmējošo faktoru analīze. Pētījuma periods atšķiras visā darba gaitā. Tas ir, sākot ar 1995.gadu līdz 2015.gadam. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 61 lpp. bez pielikumiem un tas satur 25 attēlus un 21 tabulas. The aim of thesis is to explore the nature of mortgage lending and its development in Latvia and analyze what factors influence this development, as well as to draw conclusions and proposals. In the paper is described the nature of the mortgage credit and its development. The paper analysis the factors, that influence mortgage lending growth. The paper consists of three main parts. The first part describes the nature of the mortgage loan, mortgage loan definition and the opportunities to acquire it. The second part sets out the mortgage lending development, historical facts and further development. The third part consists of factor analyses that influence the mortgage lending in Latvia. The bachelor’s paper analysis period is different throughout the work, starting from the 1995 to 2015. The total size of paper is 61 pages without the annexes and it contains 25 graphs and 21 tables.
