Banku pelnītspēju ietekmējošie faktori Latvijas banku sektorā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs "Banku pelnītspēju ietekmējošie faktori Latvijas banku sektorā" tika izstrādāts, lai noskaidrotu kuri faktori un cik ļoti tie ietekmē banku spēju ģenerēt peļņu. Tas ir būtiski, lai noskaidrotu pēc iespējas efektīvāko pieeju pelnoša banku sektora nodrošināšanā. Tas ir nepieciešams ne tikai dēļ banku sektora darbības būtiskuma valsts tautsaimniecībā, bet arī dēļ pilnvērtīgas uzņēmējdarbības vides nodrošināšanas un finanšu resursu pieejamības mājsaimniecībām. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties no veiktās informācijas avotu un statistikas analīzes un iegūtajiem secinājumiem, noteikt galvenos banku pelnītspēju ietekmējošos faktorus Latvijā. Pētījuma gaitā autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka Latvijā visvairāk banku pelnītspēju ietekmē ekonomiskā vide, inflācija, konkurence banku tirgū, procentu likmes (spread) un bankas darbības efektivitāte. Maģistra darba apjoms bez pielikumiem - 96 lapas. Darbs satur kopā 21 attēlu, 8 tabulas, 8 formulas un 3 pielikumus. Darba izstrādes procesā kopumā tika izmantoti 113 informācijas avoti.

The Masters' work "The factors affecting the profitability of Banks in the Latvian Banking Sector" was created to acknowledge main factors and their level of affection to banks ability to make profit. It is essential to find out the most effective way to ensure profitable banking sector. This is necessary not only for the overall relevance of banking sector in the economics of a country, but also for providing competent business area and availability of finance recourses for households. The aim of this research paper is to determine the main affecting factors on the profitability of the banks in Latvian on the basis of carried out analysis of information sources and statistics and obtained conclusions. During research process the Author came to conclusion that in Latvia banks' profitability is affected the most by economic environment, inflation, competition in the banking market, interest rates (spread) and overall effectiveness of the management of a bank. The Masters' work amount without any attachments - 96 pages. This research paper contains the total amount of 21 graphical pictures, 8 charts, 8 formulas and 3 attachments. At the development of this Masters' work there were used the total amount of 113 sources of information.
