Abstract

Viktorija Tolmačova. Maģistra darbs. SIA „Diva Sharm” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības iespējas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz zinātnisko literatūru un veikto uzņēmuma „Diva Sharm” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi, noteikt uzņēmuma pašreizējo finansiālo stāvokli un izteikt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākai attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, otrajā nodaļā SIA „Diva Sharm” uzņēmuma apraksts, trešajā nodaļā veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze. Ceturtajā nodaļā izteikti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma attīstībai. Kā arī, darba pētījuma rezultātā, izstrādāti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi SIA „Diva Sharm” saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 80 lapaspusēm, satur 13 tabulas, 36 attēlus, 5 pielikumus, izmantots 41 literatūras avots.

Business analysis and evaluation of SIA Diva Sharm The goal of master’s work is to tell the present financial condition of the enterprise and to express proposals for the further development by referring to scientific literature and the analysis of commercial activity of enterprise „Diva Sharm”. . This Master's diploma consists of four sections. There are looked through theoretical aspects of financial analysis in the first part, the description of the enterprise „Diva Sharm” in the second part, and financial analysis of the enterprise in the third. In the fourth part there are expressed proposals for the development of enterprise. As also, as a result of research, were made conclusions and expressed proposals how to improve commercial activity of enterprise „Diva Sharm”. Master’s work contains 80 pages, 13 tables, 36 images, 5 attachments, were used 41 sources.
