Akciju publiskais piedāvājums (IPO), kā uzņēmuma ārējais finansējuma avots

Abstract

Autors par bakalaura darba tēmu ir izvēlējies „Akciju publiskais piedāvājums (IPO), kā uzņēmuma ārējais finansējuma avots”. Temata aktualitāti autors pamato ar Latvijas uzņēmumu zemo aktivitāti fondu biržā, neraugoties uz to, ka potenciālā finansējumu piesaistes apjoms ir liels, kuru uzņēmums var novirzīt izpētei, attīstībai un inovācijām. Kā risinājumu, lai palielinātu uzņēmēju interesi par fondu biržu, autors redz iespēju informēt uzņēmēju par ieguvumiem izvēloties šādu finanšu piesaistes veidu, sniedzot piemēru ar citu valstu uzņēmēju ieguvumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izstrādāt ieteikumus finansējuma piesaistē uzņēmumam ar akciju publisko piedāvājumu popularizēšanai, novēršot šobrīd esošos trūkumus, kas attur spert šo soli. Mērķa sasniegšanai bakalaura darbs ir sadalīts trīs nodaļās, kurās izpētīta uzņēmuma finansējuma avoti, akciju publiskais piedāvājums un tirgus attīstības problēmas. Darba noslēgumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikumi.

Authors chosen subject for bachelor thesis is „Initial public offering (IPO), as an external source of financing for enterprises”. Relevance of the subject author grounds with Latvian enterprise low activity on the stock exchange, despite the fact that the volume of potential funding is relatively high, that the company can shift capital to the research, development and innovation. As a solution to increase the interest in the stock market, the author sees the opportunity to inform entrepreneurs about the benefits of choosing this type of fundraising, from other countries experience. Goal of the bachelor thesis is to develop recommendations to the companies giving as possibility to raise funding with help of initial public offering, eliminating the currently existing gaps that prevent to take that step. To reach this goal, bachelor thesis is dividend in three main parts, with research about enterprise finance sources, initial public offering and stock market development problems. At the end of thesis, observed conclusions from research and developed suggestions.
