Mugurkaula kakla daļas skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritēriji traumas gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Mugurkaula kakla daļas skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritēriji traumas gadījumā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot mugurkaula kakla daļas skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritērijus traumu gadījumā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā veikta literatūras analīze par mugurkaula kakla daļas anatomiju, izmeklēšanas metodēm, patoloģiskām izmaiņām un traumām. Kā arī par datortomogrāfijas izmeklēšanas metodi, pacienta pozicionēšanu un attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem. Darba pētījuma daļa sastāv no attēlu kvalitatīvas pētījuma metodes aprakstīšanas, pēc izveidotā attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju protokola mugurkaula kakla daļai traumu gadījumā, un retrospektīvas attēlu analīzes, pēc kā darba autors ir veicis secinājumus un ieteikumus. Darba apjoms ir - 44 lapaspuses. To veido 3 nodaļas un 9 apakšnodaļas, 19 attēli, 5 tabulas, 24 literatūras avoti un tika veikti 5 secinājumi.

The theme of bachelor work is „The quality assessment of whiplash at cervical spine in computed tomography examinations in case of trauma.” The purpose of this bachelor work is to find out the imaging criteria of whiplash at cervical spine area in computed tomography in case of trauma. In the theoretical part of this work, the author analyzes the anatomy of cervical spine, radiologic methods, pathological cases and trauma at cervical spine, also about the positioning of the patient and the imaging criteria in computed tomography for cervical spine. The research part consists of imaging quality test method that’s created from protocol of imaging quality criteria in case of trauma at cervical spine area, and also from retrospective image analysis method, from which the author made conclusions and gave advice. The work consists from – 44 pages. It has 3 sections and 9 subsections. It also has 19 images, 5 tables, 24 reference sources and 5 conclusions.
