Līderība virsmāsas un māsas sadarbībā ķīmijterapijas un hematoloģijas praksē

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir ''Līderība virsmāsas un māsas sadarbībā ķīmijterapijas un hematoloģijas praksē." Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot piemērotāko līderības stilu virsmāsas un māsas sadarbībā ķīmijterapijas un hematoloģijas praksē. Hipotēze - māsas sagaida no virsmāsas transformatīvās līderības stilam atbilstošu uzvedību. Pētniecības jautājums - kādi ir virsmāsu uzskati par transformatīvās un transaktīvās līderības stilu pamatprincipiem? Pētījumā izmantota kombinēta metodoloģija. Pētniecības instrumenti ir aptaujas anketa un daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultātā izdarīts secinājums, ka transformatīvais līderības stils ir piemērotākais virsmāsas un māsas sadarbībā ķīmijterapijas un hematoloģijas praksē.

The topic of Master’s thesis is ''Leadership as a Priority in Head-Nurse and Nurse Cooperation in Chemotherapy and Hematology Practice". The aim of the thesis is to find out the most appropriate leadership style in collaboration between head nurse and nurse in chemotherapy and hematology practice. Hypothesis - the nurses expect a head nurse’s behavior corresponding to transformational style of leadership. Research question- what are head nurses’ views on fundamental principles of transformational and transactional leadership styles. The study applied a combined methodology. Research instruments are a questionnaire and semi-structured interview. The results of the study demonstrate that the transformational leadership style is the most appropriate for collaboration between head nurse and nurse in chemotherapy and hematology practice.
