Psoriāzes ārstēšanai piemērotu medikamentu aprite SIA "Alante" Tukuma centra aptiekā

Abstract

Psoriāze ir multifaktoriāla, hroniska ādas iekaisuma slimība, kas skar aptuveni 2% pasaules iedzīvotāju. Psoriāzes ārstēšanu katram pacientam izvēlas individuāli, izvērtējot slimības stadiju, norises smagumu, klīnisko formu, indivīda vecumu, ķermeņa bojājumu plašumu un to lokalizāciju. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot psoriāzes ārstēšanai piemērotu medikamentu apriti SIA “Alante” Tukuma Centra aptiekā laika periodā no 2014.gada 1. janvāra līdz 2015.gada 31. decembrim. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka lielākā daļa no aptaujātajiem Tukuma novadā praktizējošiem ārstiem savā praksē bija saskārušies ar psoriāzes slimniekiem un atzina, ka visbiežāk psoriāzes pacientiem tiek nozīmēta ārstēšanas terapija ar ārīgi lietojamiem kortikosteroīdiem. Visvairāk pārdotie medikamenti laika periodā no 01.01.2014. – 31.12.2015. bija Elocon krēms un ziede, Xamiol, Daivobet krēms un ziede. Savukārt norādītajā laika periodā vispārdotākie kosmētiskie līdzekļi bija no Bioderma Atoderm sērijas krēmi un Linola losjons.

Psoriasis is a multifactorial, chronic, inflammatory skin disease, affecting approximately 2% of the world’s population. For each patient treatment of psoriasis is individual, by evaluating disease stage, developments in the severity, clinical forms, the individual’s age, body surface area and extent of their localization. The aim of this work was to find out the most appropiate medication movement for psoriasis patients at SIA Alante Central Pharmacy of Tukums during the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2015. Research has shown that the majority of practitioners of Tukums polled have come into contact with psoriasis patients during their medical practice, and admitted that the most psoriasis patients are designated treatmet therapy with topical corticosteroids. Most saleable drugs during the period from 01.01.2014. – 31.12.2015. were Elocon cerams and salbe, Xamiol, Daivobet cerams and salbe. Whereas, in the specified time period, the best selling cosmetics were from Bioderma Atoderm series creams and Linola lotions.
