Farmaceitiskās aprūpes loma podagras terapijā

Abstract

Podagra ir viens no iekaisīgā artrīta veidiem. Tai raksturīgi vielu maiņas traucējumi, kas saistīti ar urīnskābes sāļu uzkrāšanos un izgulsnēšanos locītavās un ķermeņa audos. Tie rodas purīnu un urīnskābes vielu maiņas traucējumu rezultātā. Podagras terapijai pieejamie medikamenti nav iekļauti Valsts kompensējamo zāļu sarakstā. Latvijas aptiekās tie ir izsniedzami tikai pret parasto recepti. Darba mērķi: apsekot un izanalizēt podagras terapijai pieejamo medikamentu apriti A/S Sentor Farm „Poliklīnikas aptiekā” Jēkabpilī laika posmā no 2013. gada 1. aprīļa līdz 2016. gada 1. aprīlim. Darba rezultāti parāda, cik allopurinola un febuksostata preparāti tika pārdoti trīs gadu laikā, kuru no šiem medikamentiem visbiežāk izraksta ārsti un kādas specialitātes ārsti. Tika izanalizēta podagras terapijas medikamentu nozīmēšana pēc pacienta vecuma un dzimuma. Tika secināts, ka terapijā biežāk izmantotais medikaments ir allopurinols 300 mg. Šos medikamentus visbiežāk izraksta ģimenes ārsti.

Gout is one type of the inflammatory arthritis. It is characterized by metabolic disorders related with accumulation of uric acid salts and their precipitation in joints and body tissues. They arise in result of metabolic disorders of purines and uric acid. Drugs available for gout treatment are not included in the national list of reimbursable drugs. In Latvian pharmacies they are available only against standard prescription. Goals of the work: to follow-up and to analyze turnover of drugs available for treatment of gout in pharmacy of JSC Sentor Farm “Poliklīnikas aptieka” in Jekabpils during time period from 1 April 2013 to 1 April 2016. The results of the work show how many allopurinol and febuxostat preparations were sold within three years, which of these drugs is prescribed by physicians the most often and the specialty of these physicians. It was analyzed prescribing of gout treatment drugs by patient’s age and gender. It was concluded that the drug which is used in the therapy the most often is allopurinol 300 mg. These drugs are prescribed the most often by family doctors.
