dc.description.abstractDepresija (vai klīniska depresija) ir izplatīta un nopietna slimība. Depresija izraisa dažādus smagus simptomus, ka, piemēram, intereses zudums, nogurums, grūtības koncentrēties, galvassāpes vai krampji u.c. Kā arī ietekmē cilvēka domas, jūtas un darbības, ka, piemēram, miegu, ēšanu un darbu. 2010. gadā Latvijā 6 – 7% iedzīvotāju slimo ar depresiju, bet Eiropā 4 – 4,5%. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot depresijas medikamentu apriti Rīgas aptiekā. Iegūtie dati liecina par to, ka no antidepresantiem visvairāk pārdotie bija selektīvie serotonīna atpakaļsaites inhibitoru grupas antidepresanti (61%), bet mazāk serotonīnu stabilizējošie antidepresanti ar triciklisko struktūru un noradrenerģiskie un specifiskie serotonīnerģiskie antidepresanti – 2%. Pēc aktīvās vielas visbiežāk pārdotie antidepresanti bija escitaloprāmu preparāti (35%). Antidepresantus vairāk lieto sievietes (69%). Tikai 31% vīriešu lieto antidepresantus. Pārsvarā antidepresantus izraksta ģimenes ārsti (52%), ārsts – psihiatrs (11%), psihiatrs – narkologs (1%), bet neirologs – 10%.
dc.description.abstractDepression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common and serious mood disorder. It causes severe serious symptoms, for example, the loss of interest, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, headaches or cramps. Also affect how an individual feels, thinks, and handles daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working. Data from 2010 shows that 6 – 7% of Latvian population suffers from depression, whereas average in Europe is 4 – 4,5%. The aim of study was to find out movement of depression medication in Riga pharmacy. The data shows that the most sold antidepressants is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors group of antidepressants (61%), but the less stabilizing serotonin antidepressants with tricyclic structure and noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressants – 2%. Regarding active substance most common sold is escitalopram (35%). In study population, the proportion of women using antidepressants is 69%. Only 31% of men suffer with depression. 52% of medications were prescibed by family doctor, then 11% by psychiatrist, 1% by psychiatrist – narcologist, and 10% by neurologist.
