Komandas darbs operāciju zālē

Abstract

Viena no saskarsmes pamatprasmēm ir prasme strādāt komandā. Lai sekmīgi noritētu darbs operāciju zālē, noteicošā loma ir komandas locekļu profesionalitātei, savstarpējai sadarbībai, sapratnei un cieņai vienam pret otru. Bakalaura darbs “Komandas darbs operāciju zālē” izstrādāts ar mērķi - noskaidrot savstarpējās darba attiecības starp komandas locekļiem. Darbs balstīts uz Kolistas Rojas māszinības teoriju. Teorētiskajā daļā, izmantojot pieejamo literatūru, ir apskatīts, kas ir komandas darbs un kā tas ietekmē darbu operāciju zālē. Pētījuma jautājums ir: “Kā komandas darbs ietekmē operāciju zāles darbu?” Pētījums tika veikts, izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētījumu metodi – interviju. Intervijā piedalījās 7 respondenti, kuri ikdienā strādā operāciju nodaļā un ir komandas locekļi. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka komandas darbs atvieglo darba procesu, darbs tiek paveikts ātrāk un kvalitatīvāk. Dažkārt var traucēt katra komandas locekļa individuālās personības iezīmes, bet kopumā komandas darbs vērtējams kā visoptimālākā darba forma. Atslēgas vārdi: komanda, komandas darbs, operāciju zāle.

One of the basic interaction skills is ability to work in team. For a successful performance in operation unit, it is significant to be highly professional, mutually communicative, understanding and respectful towards each other. The bachelor paper “Team work in operation unit” is written with an aim- to research mutual professional relationships among team members. The paper is based on the theory of Kolista Roya’ s nurse theory. In the theoretical part, the author has done literature analysis on the topic- mutual professional interaction among team members and how it influences the performance in the surgery unit. The research question is as follows- how the teamwork influences the performance of the surgery. The research was carried out using the qualitative method- interview. Seven respondents who have daily jobs in surgery units took part in the interviews. The results prove that successful teamwork improves the work in surgery units, the operations can be performed better and results are higher. At times, it is pointed out that individual character features can be bothering, however in general terms teamwork in operation units is regarded as the most successful aspect.
