Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – aprūpe narkoloģiskajiem pacientiem stacionārā. Šo tēmu izvēlējos, jo ikdienā darba saskaros ar narkoloģiskā profila pacientiem, kuriem ir jānodrošina kvalitatīva aprūpe. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpi narkoloģiskajiem pacientiem stacionārā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūras avotus un apzināt pētījumus par narkoloģisko pacientu aprūpi, Izveidot intervijas jautājumus kā arī veikt pacientu intervijas terapijas nodaļā. Analizēt iegūtos datus un izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītas pētniecības jautājums - Kādas aprūpes aktivitātes stacionārā sagaida pacients? Kādas aprūpes aktivitātes nodrošina māsa narkoloģiskajiem pacientiem stacionārā? Bakalaura darbā tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, un kā pētniecības instrumenti tika izmantotas divas intervijas ar nejauši izvēlētiem respondentiem, kuri atrodas x stacionārā terapijas nodaļā un māsas, kuras aprūpē narkoloģiskos pacientus x stacionārā terapijas nodaļā. Darbs sadalīts piecās nodaļās. Pirmajā aprakstīts D. Oremas māszinību teorija saistībā ar narkoloģisko pacientu aprūpi. Otrajā par to, kas ir alkohols un alkoholisms. Trešajā nodaļā apskatīts hronisks alkoholisms. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstīts par alkoholisma atkarību veidiem un piektajā nodaļā aprakstītas rehabilitācijas iespējas narkoloģiskajiem pacientiem. Pētījuma jautājumi atklāja pacientu domas par aprūpi stacionārā un māsu viedokli par viņu darba riskiem, pieredzi aprūpējot narkoloģisko pacientu grupu. Darba laikā secināts, ka narkoloģiskie pacienti ir apmierināti ar saņemto medicīnisko aprūpi stacionārā, bet māsas jūtas apdraudētas savā darba vidē, ja nākas saskarties ar agresīviem šāda profila pacientiem.
